DD Home Entertainement sell specialist DVD and CD's via direct mail to the general public. Their requirement was for a communications solution that would be able to run their 100 seat call centre as well as provide customers with a telephone payment and account checking solution accessed by using their handset keypad.
Intramation have supplied and installed a Televantage 7 solution from Vertical Communications, along with some bespoke software development to handle the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service. The new system provides the company with multiple channels of Auto-attendant and call routing capabilities along with full voicemail for every user, easy expandability and CTI for easy call management and call handling.
